I am my father's daughter in so many ways. For example, I have a thing for speakers and how music sounds from them.
Not all speakers are created equal. Anybody with a good ear can tell the best and the crappiest. It does not mean they are good just because of the brand stamped on them.
I must admit that I am yet to try those expensive mini amps for better sound output. I almost buy one many moons in the past.
Music, sound, and I have a metaphysical relationship. I have to be in a certain kind of existential state to be able to cherish the total experience. For example, when I am sick, I refrain from listening to music of any sort. It just crowds my energies, whether or not it interfere with my healing, a mystery I need to solve somehow. Although I must say, music (like lines in TV, movies and books) speaks to me as comic signs. I mean after all, music is math, and math is a universal language. Sound... well there is no music without sound.
And if you ask what I am listening right now –– nine songs from 311.
Just now and now and then into a stretched tomorrow,
